Launch a Remote Session (Oracle ILOM Web)

With either serial or video redirection selected, you can launch a remote session to manage the switch through your local machine.

1. Click Remote Control→Redirection.
2. Click Launch Remote Console.

   A pop-up window indicates that a JNLP package must be downloaded.

3. Click OK to allow the download.
4. Locate the downloaded file and unzip it.
5. Run the JNLP video redirection application.

   The management session is redirected to the Oracle ILOM window in either serial or video mode.
