Disable Alerts (Oracle ILOM Web)

By default, alerts are disabled. For enabled alerts, you can selectively disable individual rules. When alerts are disabled, the SNMP trap, email, or IPMI PET associated with that rule is no longer sent. The condition that caused the alert still exists, but you are not notified.

1. Choose ILOM Administration→Notifications, and click the Alerts tab.
2. In the Alerts table, select an existing alert, and click Edit.

   The Edit Alert window opens.

3. Select Disable level from the Level drop-down menu.
4. Click Save.
