Oracle Auto Service Request Software

Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) software provides the ability to report problems faster by automatically opening service requests for the switch and other qualified products when specific faults occur.

Oracle ASR securely transmits electronic fault telemetry data to Oracle to automatically help expedite fault diagnostics. Often, Oracle receives an ASR request and assigns engineers to resolve the issue even before you are aware the issue occurred.

Oracle ASR's one-way data transmission requires no Internet connections or remote access mechanism. Only the information needed to solve an issue is transmitted.

Oracle ASR is a feature of the Oracle hardware warranty, Oracle Premium Support for Systems, and Oracle Platinum Services.

Oracle ASR is integrated with My Oracle Support (https://support.oracle.com). To activate assets in the Oracle ASR system, use My Oracle Support.
