Disable IPMI 1.5 Sessions (Oracle ILOM CLI)

You can selectively disable the IPMI version 1.5 sessions at any time. When you disable IPMI 1.5 sessions, any existing sessions are terminated and future 1.5 session requests are blocked. If IPMI 1.5 sessions are disabled, IPMItool users must use the IPMI version 2.0 -I lanplus option.

1. Enable the standard IPMI service.

   -> set /SP/services/ipmi servicestate=enabled
   Set 'servicestate' to 'enabled'
   ->
   

2. Disable any active IPMI 1.5 sessions.

   -> set /SP/services/ipmi v1_5_sessions=disabled
   Set 'v1_5_sessions' to 'disabled'
   ->
