Add SNMP Service User Accounts (Oracle ILOM Web)
SNMP user accounts are supported in SNMP v3 only. The user account can be
from 1 to 32 characters long.

Choose ILOM Administration→Management Access, and click the SNMP
tab.

Click the Users link.
The page scrolls to the SNMP Users table.

Click Add.
A pop-up window opens.

Type the user name into the User Name field.

Select the authentication protocol from the Authentication Protocol
drop-down menu.

Type the authentication password into the Authentication Password and
Confirm Password fields.
Note -
The authentication password is 8 to 12 characters in length and is
case-sensitive.

Select the user permissions from the Permission drop-down menu.

(Optional) Select the privacy protocol from the Privacy Protocol
drop-down menu.

If required, type the privacy password into the Privacy Password and
Confirm Password fields.
Note -
The privacy password is exactly 8 characters in length and is
case-sensitive.

Click Save.
