The switch has a snapshot service that enables the collection of pertinent information from the SP, including environmental data, log files, FRU IDs, and some error information for diagnostics.
The pane displays the current properties for the snapshot service, including what data sets to gather, whether to only gather the log files from the data sets, whether to encrypt the snapshot information, and what method is used to transfer the snapshot.
