Power Down the Switch (Oracle ILOM Web)
When you power down the switch, you stop it from receiving facility power.
You can power down the switch in one of two ways, and the switch behaves
differently depending on the power down method you choose.

Choose Host Management→Power Control.

From the Select Action drop-down menu, choose a power down
option.

Select Immediate Power Off to stop power to the switch.

Select Graceful Shutdown and Power Off to attempt to
gracefully shut down the switch by stopping services, halting
traffic, bringing down the OS, and so on, before stopping power
to the switch.

Click Save.
